A micro department store located on Chicago's Magnificent Mile that's anything but general. From furniture to apothecary, space519's inventory is ever changing. For a small business, sharing new products and connecting with customers online tends to be a challege. My job was to better inform their customers and increase brand awareness. I started by updating their existing Wordpress site to represent their overall branding and created new posts on a weekly basis.

I helped promote marketing campaigns including pop-up-shops, limited releases, and seasonal events. Using tools like Sprout Social, we measured engagment analytics and gain insights on the success of each deploy. To improve communication on multiple social media channels, I worked with the store's sales team to use these networks as a customer support tool and deliver high quality, engaging, channel-specific content on a frequent basis.
